A weekly Bible study for women of all ages and stages in studying Scripture for truth, guidance, and encouragement.

Gentle and Lowly - The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers

Class Description: In the book, "Gentle and Lowly", Dane Ortlund reflects on Jesus' heart for sinners and sufferers. Jesus describes himself as gentle and lowly in heart and promises rest for weary souls. Jesus' heart is made up of joy and sympathy, gentleness and welcome, advocacy and beauty, mercy and love. The gospel flows from God's deepest heart for his people, a heart of tender love for the sinful and suffering.

Precept Bible Study

Precept Bible Studies meet weekly on Tuesdays and are designed to establish people in God’s Word using Inductive Bible Study. “Inductive” means we use the Bible as the primary source of study to learn about God and what the Bible teaches. Precept studies are designed to equip you with inductive study tools so you can discover truth for yourself.

Women Ministries Retreat

What is Breathe About?
The heart and vision of Breathe is to ENCOURAGE you in your faith journey, EQUIP you through teaching and community connection with resources for personal growth & spiritual development, so that you can fully ENGAGE your world/sphere of influence.

Breathe will utilize a multi-speaker format, each speaker will build upon the previous and lead us into the next.

Elements of Breathe
Our time together will include worship, incredible women speakers from around the Midwest Conference, spiritual direction/soul care, ministry discernment, Q&A, rest, coffee, chocolate, incredible food, and more. Plus we will get to experience the incredible beauty of God's creation at Covenant Cedars Bible Camp!

Missionary Workday Circle meets the 4th Thursday from January to October at First Covenant Church to quilt blankets and roll bandages for various missions.
