Hi! My Name is Dave Gass, but the students call me Pastor Diddy. I am Magical. I am a Ninja. I am a Pirate. I am also a Unicorn.

I love Jesus with everything I have. Every day in ministry is a blessing and privilege to serve God and serve His family. I have been in ministry since I was 19, including worship ministry, youth ministry, senior pastoral ministry, and now back in youth ministry. It's not often that ministers go back to youth ministry, but God has called me and placed a passion for youth in my heart, and I love serving the future of the church!

The theme verse for our youth ministries here at First Covenant is from 1 Thessalonians 2:8 "We loved you so much we were delighted to share with you not only the Gospel of Christ but also our own lives as well."
 

My wife Dana is the most wonderful woman on the planet, and we have two daughters - Willow Grace is 9 and Bethany Rose is 6. We view our ministry as a family calling, and we love ministering together.
 

I also have an ongoing relationship with ice cream, preferably Ben & Jerry's.
